Should you need to return an item, Glamourpussnyc.com will accept Full Priced Merchandise that is not used, damaged or worn within 1 week from date of delivery. The item must be accompanied by the original packing slip and have all tags. Glamourpussnyc.com reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does meet the previously mentioned standards. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Full priced merchandise must be returned within 1 week of delivery date for a full refund.
Sale and Promotional Item Return Policy
Sale merchandise and merchandise bought on promotion (with the exception of the newsletter sign-up, one time discount of 15%) must be returned within 1 week from delivery date for a store credit or exchange only. If not received in 1 week, all sales final.
Sale and Promotional Merchandise is only eligible for exchange or store credit.
Hat Return Policy
Hats must returned within 5 days to receive a full refund. Store credit for hat purchases will be issued upon receipt of unused merchandise.
Store credit valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Warehouse Sale Item Return Policy
Warehouse merchandise must be returned in 1 week to receive store credit or exchange if available. After 1 week, all sales final.
